@MaNiFeX: I suppose but every location on the list would be unbelievably disruptive to the worlds economy/health/survival if attacked. The fact that many of them are in places most would consider enemies of the US and/or small unknown towns is fairly meaningless.

My 2.5 year old nephew has been using an iPhone pretty much since he stopped putting it in his mouth around 1.
