I’ve found with the 3D Disney Films like Tangled and Frozen anything they do with 2d Illustrations where it’s like the ‘storybook’, or mechanise is a lot more appealing to me? Like the characters look more unique for one and in the case of Anna and Elsa they look more like ‘sisters’ rather than clones
