I think the issue was side impacts. The Reuters article suggests the airbags for side impacts weren’t working. I think I saw the driver’s head hit the concrete pole on that side impact.

Looks great to me, except not enough batteries. I don’t plan to get another vehicle I can’t plug in to charge it. A PHEV version would be great. Fill all those cubby holes with Li-Ion batteries! A California-qualified PHEV (that’s 50-mile range at up to 75MPH) would be perfect.
Hey, now, that’s a mistake that any inexperienced neural network could make.
This looks like the cutest version of The Shadow Over Innsmouth ever!
The thing is, service stations aren’t a good place to wait around half an hour for your car to charge. Install them at McDonald’s. At Subway. (24,000 locations in the USA.) At Starbucks!
What do you know, mumming isn’t dead!
AP News was not the first to call this race. https://decisiondeskhq.com/ called it yesterday.
I suppose it’s too much to hope for that this is part of a Pump and Dump plan.
Actually, I could stream Harry Potter anywhere, with Plex.
The funny thing is, a roller coaster and going to space aren’t totally incompatible ideas. Take Space Mountain, replace the “M” with an “F”, and you get a Space Fountain.
Actually, “conspiracy” is a fairly good description of how people catch COVID-19. “Conspiracy” comes from “conspire” which comes from the Latin con- + spīrō, which literally means “to breathe together”.
I find it interesting that none of these four Justice Society members are in Stargirl. I wonder if there was an agreement about which members they could use, like the Arrowverse couldn’t use Batman or Superman (for a long time.)
Considering at the picture of the movie theater at the top, at the very least, theaters should put plastic shields on the armrests, like the ones we see at cash registers, etc. It would be nice if they could extend the back of chairs with plastic too, though that may interfere with eye-lines more.
What kind of game is Trump playing here? “Wag the Dog, the Video Game”?
Since I saw a post about this, I stuffed a couple of cotton balls in the valve of my N95 mask. That seals it right up, but if it didn’t, it would still be filtered by the cotton at least a little.
I find it’s cheaper for me to pay up front for H&R block tax software every year. About $25/year if I buy it from Amazon early enough. Which I think is the equivalent of “It’ll go easier if you shut up, bend over, and take it like an American taxpayer.”
Libraries still have DVD movies. Some have video games too, I think. Even better, you don’t have to pay for them if you return them on time!
it’s a blast to watch when it cranks up.
