Why are you making out that his opinion is curmudgeonly and ‘edgelord’. Religion is bad. It had a use years ago before we knew stuff but is redundant now. We are shaking it off slowly and need to keep it away from government, education and life in general.

Nobody in thier right mind has a problem with this casting, it’s great! For those not in their right mind can we ignore them? Stop acknowledging them and just ignore them, please.

Will watch it, hoping its good, but hate the era of X-Men it represents and I will never like Gambit or Bishop. Awful characters.

If you stopped reporting on horrible people, they’d just fade away into obscurity. Why do we have to be reminded of them over and over? Sometimes ignoring a problem really is the best thing.

I don’t have a problem with any of these except the animated short. It’s a truly awful film.

Memento and Irishman are the odd ones out, they don’t belong on the list. And that’s taking into account that the Oscars get it wrong way more than they ever get it right.

Yes, that is true, good point. And I know they were buddhists and muslims but in the film, their leader, Stilgar, is white, as are many Fremen, which makes the white-savior mis-reading even more wrong-headed.

They’re not indigenous or one race even. The film clearly shows this white savior is a dangerous, destructive, person.

I do want to watch it now so will probably employ this technique!
