A good Black Widow movie can be made with a PG-13. Just look at the Bond flicks. If her introductory scene in the first Avengers is any indication, a solo Black Widow adventure would be terrific fun.

Is Three Days of the Condor anything like an action movie when its most distinctive feature is that it's main character isn't a man of action? But never mind that.
