Weak front half, pretty good back half = crashing and burning now?

They do have the Queen on their money.
Goodbye, Damon.
I remember the Batman Forever novelization being way better than the movie. It was based on an earlier, much more ambitious version of the script. The movie contains some weird artifacts from what the story was originally supposed to be, like Bruce Wayne's flashback of his father's journal.
I am sad for the world that Mad Max: Fury Road was bumped to make room for Age of Ultron.
If I remember right, the first Transporter was basically the first 10 minutes of Drive, except worse and with an oil wrestling scene.
I used to be with it, and then they changed what it was, etc.
Everybody was saying the same shit about Quentin Tarantino, around the same time that everybody was trying to copy Quentin Tarantino and failing utterly.
I'll take the new Bond movies. You can watch Live And Let Die or whatever it is that you're into. That's about as "fun" and "escapist" as it gets.
I don't know, man. Based on Casino Royale, yeah, but Skyfall climbs pretty high on the ladder of sexism. Maybe not as high as the Connery films, but god damn, Connery was an Olympic athlete of sexism.
Wayne. He has bar dollars.
Good. I was not being sarcastic when I said I didn't know if you were being sarcastic.
If it has only one, it is of no use to me.
You can point out technical problems in a movie and still like the movie. I don't know why this is so hard for people to understand.
Yup. Three-testicle'd chimp science is strictly terrestrial at this point.
It's not original at all. In fact, a lot of people here are probably losing interest as well.
Despite (or because of) the limitations of the sound capabilities of 8- and 16-bit game systems, there was a lot of inventiveness and good old-fashioned compositional integrity to the scores of a lot of those games—the Sonic series is a great example.
I'm not being forced to watch. I am being forced to live in a world where at least 60% of film-related headlines are "Man of Steel getting made… or not!" "Big-name director in talks with producers, according to some dickhead in the mailroom!" Fuck's sake, the advance hype for these things is the main product now.
I can't wait until this whole superhero movie thing comes crumbling to the ground.
I was fine with it up to, through, and including the suicides, bomb threats, and the Slavoj Žižek op ed.
