Well not really since Bayonetta 3 only exists because Nintendo put down the money for its development.

The reason why it bothers you because the entire point of The Boys (both the comic and the show) is the normalization of fascism through capitalism. Basically shit like this.

Now playing

Not exactly a documentary, but Youtuber Thorinhighheels did a pretty great retrospective series on the Metal Gear franchise that serves less as mythologizing Kojima, and more about putting the focus on the variety of people who worked with Kojima who also had a hand in making the franchise what it is today.

As mixed as I am about Remake, I do agree that the best thing about that game is the combat system.  They smartly found a middle ground between traditional turn base combat, and more modern RPGs.

I guess that Tifa will die, or that Tifa did die in the events that occurred in Nibelheim

I’ve always loved the Emo Parker angle mostly because it’s actually funny, but also because it’s Raimi poking fun at comic book fans who require these characters to be taken deadly serious.

I mean I’m not? I’m literally just responding to your post. But yes, monetization is the norm in video games. That shouldn’t be surprising to anyone.

And also monetization does not in any way prohibit art, particularly when my point is that despite said monetization, Star Rails is good enough that I found myself

1. Welcome to video games circa 2020

2. Why not both? Like I said, the main game can largely be played without having to mess with those systems if you choose so. And yeah, if you just want to do F2p play stuff while solely interacting with the main game then you’re more than welcome to do so. Unless you have that much

It is a shame that there will be people who will refuse to play this game simply on the principle of it being a “gacha game”

To be fair, Bungie had been plenty consistent (at least in terms of storytelling) which is why people were so disappointed with Lightfall.

The rumor is is that Lightfall was an expansion slotted in at the last second which is why it’s tonally at odds with the more serious nature of the last couple of expansion. Either

I thought there were rumors rumbling around a couple of years ago that there were multiple Destiny projects (like a live-action series or a mobile game) in the works that potentially included a single player game.

Remember when that was the thing that was totally supposed to end AOC’s career?

I mean the hope among liberals is that Trump wins the nomination because the prevailing wisdom among both sides of the political aisle is that Trump will lose 2024, mostly because he can’t stop getting in his way.

So he’s doubling down on everything that made independents and moderates flee from him in the first

the unknown team behind the remake wrote in a statement.”

On the one hand...yeah I wasn’t a fan of the Arpg elements of the later Kingdom Hearts games or XV. I absolutely prefer the turn base stuff (hence why I’m enjoying Honkai: Star Rails more than Genshin Impact)

But on the other hand: Goddamn does FF need to get away from Nomura’s Hot Topic influence over every Final

The linearity certainly didn’t help.  But you’re absolutely right.  Honestly, for me at least, time did not do that game any favors.  Nearly every single character in that game is the goddamn worst.

I’m not necessarily saying that it has to be like BoTW. What I am saying is that Ubisoft employs the “check list format” ideally because it’s way easier to have a couple of side missions, and then copy that throughout an “open world.” I know it’s a bit more complicated then that, and I know that even ToTK does that as

That being said, if no one is being harmed then what people do in the privacy of their browsers isn’t my concern.

Yes. Because as we all know if you don’t mention something and ignore it just goes away and dies.

Oh wait, actually the opposite happens in which the thing runs unabated and thrives because there is no pushback.

Because Ubisoft doesn’t have the resources to pull off the Star Wars open world game we’d want in our heads.

Let me put it this way: There were some people trying to claim that BoTW was not influential (*cough* Genshin Impact *cough*) because not many game developers were making a “BoTW” style game. What they forget is
