There is such a thing as joint enterprise. If you are commiting a crime such as throwing rocks off an overpass or robbing a bank and one of your accomplices kills someone you too are guilty of that murder. It is not a perfect law but it works properly in this case.

the disgusting thing is that that is not strictly true. All reports I’ve read say that although a prisoner in jail/prison cannot consent to sex with a corrections officer there is no law against cops having sex with people they have detained/arrested. It’s fucking mind boggling.

I think she was the obvious front runner. She won player of the tournament at the Euros (the only major international competition of the summer which always sways things) and she had a pretty great season in Sweden.
