I always thought D+ was trying to make lightsabers more like they are in the games, Non-Lethal Weapons. We even have seen where two characters took sabers right in the gut and survived. Soon they will just bounce off of people, and will be used like baseball bats.

I would love to know what the actual numbers are. That would tell us instantly if it was going to be renewed. I’m enjoying the new series and the new Doctor is amazing. Not terribly fond of Ruby, but companions come and go. Before Disney the numbers were dropping pretty regularly. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if Doctor…

We know the actual ratings at the BBC are dropping for Who. Mostly because it’s released a day earlier than it appears on the BBC. I know we’ll never get real Disney+ numbers. But at the rate of decline of ratings, I’d be shocked if they asked for a 3rd series. IMO

100% agree. Most of the kids dialog sounded NOTHING like anything I ever heard a child say... even a gifted child. I was mostly taken out of the episode by trying to figure out if the children were twins or not. If they weren’t twins they were doing some incredible shots. But they are twins, so I’m less impressed. LOL

Which ones in your opinion are sentient? Looking at LLM’s now, it’s hard for me to imagine any droid in the SW universe as actually being alive.  But you are correct this should have been figured out by now.

Droids in Star Wars needs their own lore. I would really like to know how sentient droids actually are. They appear to be close to slave labour and very much second class citizens. Are they actually alive or is it more just really good AI? Which is why they are treated so terribly. Or is this allegory to slavery, or…

This is not my favorite episode, the whole killing people in alphabetical order thing was like an old vaudeville routine. But what I kept waiting for was a reveal that Lindy Pepper-Bean was really Donna Nobel (or a version of her) the actress looked a lot like a younger Donna. It was kinda distracting.

I think we all need to be grateful that Ryan made this bucket based on the FRONT END of Wolverine and not the back end. I’m sure that the backend prototype will sell for a million dollars at auction! LOL

Wow as Discovery’s finale bad. I get what they were trying to do, but it was very poorly done. I’ll be honest, I will not miss Discovery.
