The appearance isn’t the problem - aesthetically I think white looks fine when it’s clean. From a practical perspective though, it’s just a huge pain in the ass to keep clean.

I didn’t even know they had these. Why do they have these? This is obviously a bad idea of a color.

Counter point, when done correctly it looks great. But I really don’t think color is the issue, it is application of said color that car companies screw up.

Black is by far the worst. It’s boring, dark, claustrophobic and burns your ass in the summer.

White interiors I can’t stand. You get them so dirty so quick.

My dad had someone flip a cigarette butt (while he was at work, no less, in a lot where there would likely only be co-workers—and he didn’t smoke) onto the seat of his car, causing a burn mark on the vinyl, when he had left the window down, when I was a kid. As a result, and because nowhere is safe from either

Something very prevalent during my early years (maybe the increase in car jackings at lights??) has me stopping just far enough back that I can still turn the wheel sharply and get away (though when there’s a lot of traffic I budge up). But even that isn’t *that* far back… We usually joke that there must be a Mirage

This. They’re so awful about this where I now live. I drive a manual, and when I first moved here I’d creep w/ everybody like stop and go traffic, always on/off my clutch at stop lights. Now I just say screw it. I stop at an appropriate distance, but by the time the lights green I’m 2 car lengths back. Rather save my

Parking brake use varies greatly depending on location and geographical terrain. I’d wager it is likely near 100% usage in San Francisco and likely near 0% usage in Kansas. When I learned to drive, we had a steep driveway. Parking brake use was necessary and taught to me. I still use it every time to this day despite

Out of the ones published, there is one that not only do I NOT agree with, it is dead wrong...

I was waiting in my car and someone did just that.

I care when it affects my safety. Like hardly any contact patch on shitty stanced cars,… how well is that going to do under panic braking or trying to serve to avoid an issue?

Right? Why not just set them on their own car? In a similar fashion,I came outside at work to find someone leaning on my car while smoking and chatting with their friends. I walk up and said “hey, nice car!” and they looked at me puzzled, because of course,it wasn’t theirs. He says “uh,yeah” and I’m like “so, could you

Agreed. This is a bad take.

Lol! Dude. Those bags would be three aisles over by the time I got in my car without saying a word.

WTF? People do that?! My rage would know no bounds if I came back to my car and found someone using it as a table for their convenience.

Leave a whole carlength between you and the car in front of you? You’re a bad person because you’re making the line longer and possibly blocking someone’s access to the turn lane.

I’m a BMW owner. You play to your audience. When speaking to other BMW enthusiasts using the chassis code helps to eliminate the need to reference the year/make of the car. It speeds up the conversation.
