“Does that make sense?” is a way to check in with your listener. Confident communication need not be unidirectional communication.

I imagine the Carrot would’ve been in a sequel.

Coming soon to 4K UHD BD, too.

I loved Mystery Men in 1999 & still love it now.

I enjoyed the film quite a bit. It’s dumb, but nobody flies around the Earth until it spins backwards to reverse time.

Tom Waits plays a pacifist inventor who lives in an abandoned amusement park for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Mmmm yeah, I’m going to have to go ahead and disagree with you there Bob.

I feel sad for you.

What a sad take. Mystery Men still stands as one of the greatest superhero movies ever made, and yes, I’m counting all the Marvel fare. I’m glad to hear it’s on Netflix now. I’ll watch it again this weekend, and I’ll like it!

Wait, so...

A westernized American comic book adaptation... of a westernized American live action adaptation... of Japanese anime, only minus the any of the charm (or clever visual references to other previous Japanese properties) that made the animation & original Manga such a joy?

Jesus Christ you guys, absolutely

I’ll drink to that!

It must have been weird for him to show up in this film, knowing that just 14 years earlier he would star in the first LOTR film.

Might as well just remove the character entirely.

it stops the problem of having a character named after one of the cosby suite guys. I probably won’t play the game ever again but if I did I would much rather not have the character named that...

Call him Landfill.

ding, ding, ding. This is PR, it doesn’t stop or even address the problems.

OK everybody!  We changed the video game cowboy’s name!  Problem solved!  Please resubscribe to WoW?

They should rename him to “High Noon”, so every time his ultimate is used, it’s like he’s saying his name.

You know what D+ MCU series is gonna start filming really soon and would be perfect for Daisy Johnson to return?

This was my first thought. Disney might be calling in all their markers.
