While it's pre-determined, it's not exactly injury-free or "fake". The people who call it fake have no clue what they're talking about.
Both are quality titles. Being a contrarian won't win you many friends, make you seem "hip", or cause people to label you as intelligent.
Because Fair Use is an affirmative defense against a claim of copyright infringement. It's not carte blanche to do whatever you want with the content.
I only own Dark Souls and the Katamari games, so, yes, if none of those existed I wouldn't be concerned. Very little of my library was created in Japan, probably because I don't enjoy their design decisions anymore.
Too bad there aren't programs on COMPUTERS to correct logical errors as well as spelling ones. :-)
Actually I couldn't care less about Japanese games. If I never saw another one I wouldn't shed a tear.
Not the one I saw - it had nothing to do with any user error. It wasn't a vast majority, but it was enough to cause a stir.
The first update for the Wii, on release day, bricked a number of consoles...my friend's included.
I got suckered into buying the Wii with the promise of the motion controls. It severely disappointed me. I refuse to buy another Nintendo console at retail; I can't stand their first-party games and their third-party support is sorely lacking. I may get a Wii U 4 or 5 years down the line, but right now I'll play my…
I had such a crush on her back in high school after seeing this movie... :-)
Mass Effect 3 is my favorite in the series due to the multi-player. Take that out and ME2 is tops.
I'm not sure a yearly iteration should be considered a "port". Porting a game usually involves a change from one platform to another, not a change in name only.
And the big, popular games usually have a high trade-in price at the beginning, which reflects the low risk in carrying inventory until the game hits the $0.99-$5 bargain bin.
GameStop is taking a risk in carrying inventory, not to mention the overhead of running the store. Based on your suggestions and analysis, it is apparent you have little to no experience in business.
The vast majority of services in the Territory of Puerto Rico is provided by the local government which *IS* elected by the populace. The Federal government, despite "owning" the Territory does a lot less in Puerto Rico than they do in the 50 states.
My wife despises that music. I was playing it while she slept and she identifies it with a nightmare she had. :-)
As a resident in that state, I can assure you it most certainly DOES resemble Ohio. At least Ohio's TV commercials of the past month...
I really enjoyed E.T. for the $5 I spent on it back in the 1980s. It's FAR from unplayable. It's quite fun, actually. There are games that are much, MUCH worse - like Sorcerer or Star Fox on the 2600 (both by Mythicon) - I owned those too, but paid less than I did for E.T. on them.
Aren't comics supposed to be funny?
