What about Crip Blue?  For as much good as he did for the community, naming a crayon after someone who was associated with the color as a result of their gang affiliation is a terrible idea.

I’ve seen a couple movies recently that aim to explain the movie and themes in a vignette after the credits roll (A Quiet Place is one). It is kind of a genius marketing move as I’ve had friends I’ve seen the movies with use the same phrases and language when discussing the film later on.

Someone close to me had to deal with Anderson’s disgusting inappropriate behavior when she got an internship to work on a set years ago. Fuck him.

This should be an important lesson for those who eschew word of mouth or critics, instead relying on only marketing to make up their minds on whether to see a movie.  They must have a lot more free time than I do.

It is tracking at 350mm global which makes up the budget + marketing. It will definitely make money in ancillaries, just not blockbuster Disney move the needle money. The real threat is brand dilution and audience fatigue.
