While I agree that the Meijers are awful people, not shopping there won’t hurt them one iota. It will however hurt the cashiers and other hourly employees who need that check to pay the rent and feed their families. The Meijers won’t miss a meal or even a dime their money. That cashier, however, if the hours are cut

Thanks. I am in the store pretty much daily, so most of them know me. My drink takes a few minutes to make (quad venti cappuccino, extra dry, foam only, non-fat milk) so we generally have an opportunity to chat. Just pleasant “how have you been?” and “I love those earrings.” type chatter.

I do. I talk to the baristas while they make my beverage. But not about politics or race or religion. Generally about nothing. Just chatting. Being polite to another human being.

A galaxy of stars for that laugh!

“And the FBI’s credibility is extremely low as long as the pro-Trump hack James Comey continues at its helm.”

Actually, some forms of spam or malware do just that - repeatedly ping one IP address.

“Surely if I was really what they say I was, some kind of hater, there’d be evidence of actions somewhere.”

It was in a deposition that was unsealed.

It is important to keep mind that - despite as much as many of us want this to be true - this is just an allegation at this point. Cosby admitted it in a sworn deposition, Ailes tacitly admitted it with the settlements and resigning and Trump fucking brags about it.

It is the same as impeaching a president and therefore extremely unlikely that a GOP House would impeach Thomas and send it to the Senate for trial. I believe one justice has ever been impeached, convicted and removed - in the 1800's I think.

Can I put my hand down now?

Experts agree. Mark Kirk is an asshole.

Good point.

I can save you some upset. Mitt did not speak out until Trump had the nomination mostly sewn up. The Bushes and Baker did the same. Like the rest of the cowardly GOP, they chose silence during most of the primaries, preferring not risk angering their ragtag collection of racists, white supremacists, misogynists and

I believe this sums up the GOP’s attitude. Click here. Or just watch (I always get the YouTube linking wrong the first time.)

Ah, Republicans. You nominated a misogynist, foul mouthed, corrupt liar and that was OK. You nominated a racist who slurred all hispanics, blacks, muslims and women and that was OK. You nominated a man who has cheated on all of his various wives and that was OK. Then he made some truly disgusting comments to a

Does the windswept kumquat mean a new deal for blacks or a new deal on blacks. With him it could be either.
