The 2nd generation Escalade was the first vehicle I had ever seen with those. As others have pointed out, they’re parking sensors. However, I’m constantly disappointed by the tacky execution. Automakers can hide radars and blind spot monitors, but can’t figure out a way to hide parking sensors??
