I'm sorry but depression isn't an excuse to not eat right and work out. It sucks being depressed, but being depressed doesn't stop you from acting healthy. Sure every once in awhile 'fuck it I'm having ice cream' is good, you need cheat days. But again that shouldn't stop you from doing what's right for your body.

Exactly, and the first few weeks are the hardest. At least it was for me from consuming ~2500 calories moving to 1800, then slowing taking away as I went along.

Or you could just eat better and go to the gym. People are so friggen lazy, there isn't some miracle pill that will make you skinny. You have to buckle down and do it. I lost 68 pounds by putting my foot down, eating better and going to the gym no miracle pill will do that.
