Sarah Connor is an iconic female character. So is Ripley. And so is Wonder Woman. Because she adds that set of colors to the palette: superhero. So, yes, big surprise, a woman can be a gritty, shitty person and a woman can be a superhero, too. It’s okay to have a range.
