I’m still trying to get past “Chief Audience Officer”.

This review is less about the show than about your expectations for it.
Lacroix in “Forever Knight”. Perfectly exquisite overacting.
I know! I keep imagining the characters passing under it going, “Don’t look up, don’t look up, don’t—AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!”
Why is this one so happy to be looking up his ass?
And the moral is, physicists should not drink wine.
I’m not; I read a lot of comics, but pretty much zero TV/movie adaptations. I was just honestly curious if the intent was to portray Ming-Na Wen.
Yes, there are definitely not enough grown up women in movies and TV.

Yes, it’s beautifully drawn (if a little inconsistent with the face), that’s why I was seriously asking if it was supposed to look like Ming-Na Wen. I don’t know if the comics are supposed to represent the same universe as the show; you never know these days...
Ah. Good point.
Is it supposed to look like Ming-Na Wen? Because it doesn’t at all. Not to me, anyway.
Spider-Man will begin with a “home-made” costume, less slick in its design (similar to the approach taken in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man), before meeting Tony Stark and getting an “official” spider-suit in his classic colors.
Okay, so instead of going to see Fant4stic-a-fork-in-it, I’m going to watch Chronicle to remind myself that Trank actually have talent and The Incredibles to remind myself that you can make a great FF movie.
Which makes Ava Duvernay’s decision seem all that much wiser.
And yet, better than that Doom and making “It’s clobberin’ time!” what Thing’s abusive older brother said.
Never thought I’d say this but: Bring back Tim Story!
I imagine you saying that in Comic Book Guy voice.
