As a frequent owner of old cop cars, it gets real old real fast if people think you’re an actual cop. You’ll get boxed in on the freeway every time when traffic slows to a crawl around you. Conversely, if you just hammer it down the fast lane, everyone will move over. I generally keep the spotlights and maybe push bar

Nice truck, but you lost me with the 3 valve 5.4 Triton.

I’ve bought a cop car before and damn that Plymouth Fury could handle—un-effing-believable how good it was. The old man bought two cop cars years apart and was pleased with both purchases. And I’ll say this about police interceptors: you’re talking a lot of low stress highway miles on the vehicle as compared to a city

He was talking about the overwhelming number of protein shake farts in the driver’s seat.

Here’s a 2008 with less miles and police gee-gaws from a great source, Chicago Motors. If you must cosplay, today’s subject is okay.

Hook it up to your Mother-in-Laws OBD 2 and sit back and watch the hilarity ensue.

It’s the device police track when Hertz reports rental vehicles stolen.

I hate "mandatory options" almost as much as "adjusted market value". I guess a Colorado is off the table and it will be a Ranger if I downsize my F150

The automaker anticipates that customers would be willing to spend as much as $135 a month on various subscriptions

I have never had any brand or dealer loyalty. Never bought from the same dealer twice, and have owned cars from all kinds of different manufactures. I always shop the best price online for the car that meets my needs at that time.

now if they’d only pull out of Ukraine...

Or it’s inspiration. One of my high school friend’s moms had this model and color. We could get about a dozen people in it comfortably.

God, that Sable wagon is so mundane, i need a shot of espresso just to keep awake after looking at it.

Gotta go Panther. Cheap, with the 2.73 rear axle gets good highway mileage, comfortable, tough as nails, can stuff 3 people in the trunk, seats 5 comfortably, can tow up to 2000 lbs or even more pre 98, just a good all arounder. Also takes mods very well. Honorable Mention to the Jeep XJ and GM RWD cars.

The American workhorse. We had two of these back to back (1994 and 2003) and despite my mom’s best effort, neither of them would die. Very few problems, but it drove like a waiting room chair. And that’s okay by me.

Best convertible in the southern half of the US is one that allows you to wear a giant hat  to keep from being lobsterized for me.

Lifted bro trucks.
