I mean, that is a pretty massive “attack” for the typical fanboy.

Nah, Tesla is gonna spin it to show how great the suspension is on the car... “so absorbent you wouldn’t even feel railroad ties!”

I mean, I think Bradley is exaggerating how big of an issue this was, but Max was definitely at fault. Only way it was a “racing incident” is if Max somehow lost control of his car for the first time in like 4 years at that exact moment.

“Justed kill me now”... fix it for yous.

This was explained in the link.

This isn’t a new theory, but at least in the US, you aren’t going to get people to change. Besides, do the automakers want this... likely no.

Although low-end torque feels great and allows for excellent acceleration, hopefully this motor will reward you for running it up to redline (in more than just sound).

In 2018 I was in Hawaii and rented a Nissan Maxima. It had very low mileage, and to this day I cannot put into words how awful the CVT was on that ride. I believe that car had 290hp, but if I hadn’t known that, I would have guessed it had 120hp. It is an absolute travesty that Nissan put that pile of crap on the road.

Whether it would stress components or not, modifications lower the value, just as you mentioned.

Thanks for the response, I knew there weren’t too many choices! Ok, and that B5 S4 you mention might have only had 250hp, but I really wanted one back in the day.

Hell, what other 300 hp manual wagons exist (in the US)? Did the CTS-V wagon have a manual option? Could go quite a ways back for a manual Audi S4 Avant or BMW touring with a manual I suppose.

Ok, is this old of a Vovlo, in this condition/mileage, really worth this price? Of course not. Is this one of those cars I always wanted and irrationally clicked NP? Of course I did. At the end of the day, with nearly 100k miles, I could only truly see myself paying this price if it was otherwise pristine and an

The policy that charges gas for an EV... totally agree. As far as the customer service: typically, it’s laziness combined with poor management. That is, the employee would have to put in some sort of exception to get the refund, and with that additional effort, that employee would have to spend the next 2 weeks

Well, I don’t think this car is worth this amount, so maybe I’m the wrong person to ask.

My point was simply “if” this is worth $30k, it’s worth that because it is this special edition. If you change anything, it’s no longer an original special edition, so the value would plummet.

But you can’t “fix” it. If you did, it’s no longer an original “whatever they call this edition”. The whole supposed value here is this edition, so if you change it, that value would disappear.

When I was learning to drive, I was taught to look at the line on the road, down and to the right (right side lane/shoulder line), when cars approach at night. I’ve always done that to move my eye-line away from approaching traffic.

yup. doesn’t need to be sporty... be good at what it is.

That is some generous usage of “sporty”. Nothing about this is sporty. You know what though, that is ok... it doesn’t need it.

They didn’t “sport them up”. Maybe the dampers are slightly better than before, but nothing about this is sporty.

The last gen LC was selling in the low thousands... something like 3,700 a year before it was discontinued. Not sure the brand is very valuable in the US right now.
