Maybe I’m reaching here, but I feel like this is the exact outcome F1 wants for this series. They can now say, “see, even when competing against each other, women drivers aren’t popular nor profitable”, and it gives F1 an excuse to why they won’t give women a chance in the development ladder.

These are solid little cars, enjoyable to drive, great mileage, etc...

Fun? Probably
Cool? To some I suppose
NP? No
All it needs is one buyer though to think, “wow, I need that”. So I’m probably wrong because I’m sure there is at least one.

I understand what you are saying, as I feel like these days Acura is mostly about making a profit on fancy Honda  SUVs and just fumbling around with everything else. I do think the latest TLX absolutely nailed the styling, but the Type S seems a little bit of a letdown in reviews I’ve seen (I haven’t driven it).

I haven’t driven one of these, but I have driven the previous TLX in AWD. Their SH-AWD may have a stupid name, but it works very well.  Not arguing it’s worth it for the extra money, because you have other good points, but the AWD isn’t one of the issues.

I realize that these are a lot of money, but I really like them. The new TLX looks great, the type S is a good performer, and these models are just special.

Worth the extra cost? Probably not, but I am glad they are being made.

I’ll start by saying I have enjoyed my high school reunions. And although I’m an auto enthusiast and care about my good friend’s opinions, I couldn’t care less what I would pull up in at a high school reunion.

So, whatever car I’m driving/riding in?

I wanted to click NP, as I absolutely love these. But the mileage is simply too high and the body is too rough for $13k plus.

You could say, “no sir, I don’t agree”. But your approach is one way too I suppose. Was just my thought, I don’t see a bunch of these listed so not too easy to compare.

I read this as, “California gives consumers a new avenue to sue crappy dealers who continue to deceive borrowers, since they’ve found ways to work around our existing laws”

I’m surprised by the comments. Yes, this is a $3-$4k truck 3 years ago.  But this is the used car market today. Ok, the color is just awful, I think we can all agree. But if you bother to clean the engine compartment for photos, you likely took decent care of this. Considering this just shouldn’t cost a lot to run and

Ok... so here’s my take: Why? Why does BMW continue to do this? It’s not like they are incapable of designing nice looking vehicles (see BMW history). I still believe there is some big internal bet among the designers at BMW to see who can design the worst looking car. Whatever that bet is, the pot has to be getting

I think the pre facelift looked a little better, but you are right, the facelift (or rear-lift?) is more on brand and distinctive.

You could be right, I was just looking at it from a high level, and that being EV crossovers aren’t exactly cheap. (I was certainly not analyzing detailed trim levels and pricing, etc...)

It honestly doesn’t look too bad, and although it isn’t cheap, it’s pretty competitive in the market.

And then Nissan goes all Nissan and comes up with the dumbest naming convention in history. (And yes, I’m including Audi’s asinine numbering scheme).

That really surprises me. Not that most people drive autos, because obviously they do, but the majority of my cars have been manuals, and a number of my neighbors/friends do as well. I’m in my 40's. I think the more “car guys/gals” you are around, the more likely you’ll see manuals. (I’m sure there are plenty of

And looking back, both of those cars were really pretty special. Not amazing by sports car specs, but I was a fan.

It went to the nursing home before the CVT, but that “transmission” if you can call it that, killed it, buried it, then dug it up again and killed it a few more times.

Ok, I went ND on this. Now, I’m not going to suggest I’m right on this one, as under $24k for a 911 in almost any guise is likely a good deal. I just do not like the 996. Those headlights just kill it for me. Maybe that’s a stupid reason to not like them, but it would have to be an amazing deal for me to click NP on

Well yeah, I’d definitely do that if I had a car on the recall before it got fixed. Still wouldn’t buy an auto Z though... feels like it would be half the fun.
