I suspect when using the “intelligent” setting, it got .01 better MPG. If it was significantly better, or really better at all, they would have advertised it.

Definitely get the tan top.
I wish that were true, but I bet in 10 years from now, they haven’t depreciated at all. (I mean, this used car market is unusual, but based on limited supply, they aren’t going down).
If I’m wrong, well, nobody will care because that means... nobody cares.
And I get that, but in the scheme of new car sales, you don’t exist.
That’s true, but with so few sold in the last 20 years, good look ever finding one. Hell, the used prices on these might be higher than new!
I don’t get the complaining about no Land Cruiser in the US. Last time I checked, Toyota sold under 4k Land Cruisers a year in the US. Just checked and the last time Toyota cracked 4,000 was in 2005. Nobody misses this.
I’m in the Telecom industry, so I have an inherent bias in this discussion, but the real issue is the FCC fully approved these frequencies and stated this is safe based on their testing, and the FAA say they haven’t tested it enough to be sure. The blame is that these gov’t agencies don’t work together worth a crap…
Maybe that quote is supposed to be read as, “of only RV buyers who prefer to make short trips (under 200 miles), 54% of those will be satisfied with this range”. What we don’t know is, how many RV buyers prefer short trips? Maybe it’s only 10% of the total?!?!
I’ve had plenty of people tell me that “no, those deflectors aren’t just for smokers”. My own experience shows that that only people that use them are smokers. You’ll always find someone that says otherwise or exceptions, but when I see them, I will assume the interior smells like an ash tray. Worst case is one day I…
It is handsome, but that post screams run away to me. First off, that auto is not fun, the smoker’s deflectors tell you what the inside smells like and it needs immediate maintenance.
This is true. Many times the lease contract will have a a portion or all of it stating that the terms may be updated by BMW without notice, some lovely stuff like that. If you don’t want to sign those terms, well, you can get a car from someone else. The question is whether those terms in question are legal. I’m sure…
Not to mention, the “badge delete” here is just some genius ripping them off. Nothing was done to clean the adhesive or wear location. Looks the same is if they just fell off. (Also, why leave the G35? Is that to just make it look even more like the Infiniti logo fell off?). My only argument is I thought these looked…
I want to be offended, because when these came out I looked at them and really wanted to get one. But... at least in this case, I’m certain you are right.
Yup, had one too... fog light.
I agree... and I’m not a big truck (nor Chevy) guy, but this is a nice looking package. As far as the tablet on the dash, it does look pretty clean, but the real question is how easy it is to use.
You said, “Dying to save the literally 30 seconds of time it takes for one of these, short, fast trains to go through a crossing”. And I mentioned it was a mixed use rail, and maybe the person is used to a very long and slow freight train crossing. So my comment is in fact, very relevant. I didn’t say the person was…
I went ND here, but #4 could easily be: I have a pile of cash burning a hole in my pocket and look at this thing... it’s gorgeous.
Not that I don’t agree, because the “stupid” is the real problem. But do know that these crossings have probably 20 slow freight trains a day, and 6 high speed trains. So people stop and wait, wait, wait, wait for some 1/2 mile long freight train going 15mph and get annoyed. So next time they try and get in front,…
Those planes had pre-existing maintenance conditions anyway
This is me. We want a 3rd row, but will not need it all the time. The CX-9 was already high on my list, so a price drop is welcome.
