I suspect when using the “intelligent” setting, it got .01 better MPG. If it was significantly better, or really better at all, they would have advertised it.

I don’t get the complaining about no Land Cruiser in the US. Last time I checked, Toyota sold under 4k Land Cruisers a year in the US. Just checked and the last time Toyota cracked 4,000 was in 2005. Nobody misses this.
