About those seats for Asian/female pilots, um Korea and Japan certainly only have Asian pilots and there will be more female pilots (who are certainly capable and as competent as male counterparts) so I wouldn’t just dismiss it out of hand.

Let’s be honest here none of the three countries you listed have real choice other than to buy US hardware especially when it comes to aircrafts.
