I have been using a weight tracking app (True Weight) that keeps a rolling average for the week and month. I enter my waking, post-pee, pre-anything else weight daily, and it helps smooth out those bumps from eating out or being sick to give me a more accurate picture of how I am doing in terms of gaining or losing.

Lord, yes! I have a dear friend, sweet, kind, animal-loving woman, who likes so many of those “heartwarming” animal feeds---I adore dogs, but enough! I don’t want to unfollow her, so what I have done is block the particular sites...not ideal.

Beautypedia is da best. I don’t always completely agree with their assessments, but that’s usually because I prefer a thicker lip gloss, say. The community comments are often extra helpful, too. I have sensitive skin, and they have helped me dodge all kinds of secret crappy ingredients that would irritate it.
