New Yorkers...

Ever see those old Woody Woodpecker face decals they’d stick on hotrods? The kind where Woody has a cigar clamped in one side of his mouth? Yeah. That’s what this car looks like to me. Hang a big cigar in one of those oval openings and you’re good to go.
