Fallout 4 is fun and very Bethesda-y (not very Fallout though), and Phantom Pain was clearly a game trying to be great but failing due to all the parts hacked off and left bleeding on the floor, it shined bright at times and flopped around at others. The Witcher 3 is one of the most finely made and detailed RPG in

There is no room for opinion in regards to Gone Home. It is either one of the very best games ever made or you are a monster hiding in human skin who must be attacked on sight for letting your guard down.

Why release a teaser in such low resolution...

The Minutemen are honestly one of the most boring factions I have ever had the misfortune of having to work with in my gaming experience.

FO4 gives me almost no choices where I get to be anything other than the vault dwelling hero out to save the Commonwealth, I like that the Brotherhood of Steel wants me to basically crush the Commonwealth. They are massive assholes but they are the massive assholes that so much of the rest of the population deserves.

Such a sad day... People are playing the PC version in a way you don’t want to/can’t and that makes you sad and angry. Don’t worry, we all feel just terrible about using mods and console commands on a Bethesda game, just terrible. We are such awful cunts to be sure.

I couldn’t believe I had to scroll through so many comments to finally find Quick Time mentioned.

Almost all the sci-fi back story is in the first few games (One, Two, Two, Two, and Three). Since then the games have either not featured it (Unity) or have come at it from the side (Black Flag and Rogue), I haven’t played Syndicate yet so I am not sure what angle it takes.

In all fairness, the art style was probably the only thing I didn’t absolutely loath about DA2. The style in Dishonored worked so, so well but it was also an original fantasy world, in theory the Assassins Creed world is supposed to be a representation of our world. Did absolutely everyone in each of the historical

Is the consistent story actually still a thing though? After 3 when the story was supposed to end I just assumed each later game was basically just a side story deal.

The GOTY edition is $40. So the same price as the sale price for the base game and DLC combined which is a great deal if you don’t have the game already.

I hate that I am skipping half the dialogue to avoid the irritating voice actor though. I feel like I am legitimately missing out on more of the game than I would have if my character just talked in text like it is supposed to in a Fallout game.

I love the Vita’s hardware but never could find a compelling software reason to buy one. I am not really into JRPGs anymore and the old ones I did enjoy have already been played repeatedly so buying a new system just to buy them again seemed pointless.

Sounds good. I was otherwise taking a year off from mainline DC to see if this new DC You thing was going to go the way of everything else DC of the last few years and not actually mean anything but a little old Batman on the side sounds like just what I am looking for.

At first I wasn’t using the power armour and really didn’t feel like I needed it but then I got my ass kicked by some super mutants and brought the armour for round two and moped up the place.

Unless you are using a really course grain sandpaper on the sander finger wrapping tapes actually work best because they protect your fingers and still give you a good flexible grip to keep a hold of things. Gloves are definitely a good option if you are using something more course. As to getting gloves caught... I

Am I the only one who finds his Clueless Gamer segments really annoying?

I like to envision a scenario similar to Seveneves that cleanses the surface of Ewoks.

Some gameplay mods, sure, not graphic mods though since the console can’t handle the extra work and I doubt the consoles will get the external script mods. It will be better for console players than previous Bethesda games but still not PC level.

The console version (maybe just the xbox) will get some mods but certainly not to the extent that the PC will.
