what is the essential Bob’s Burgers episode? I’ve tried a couple episodes, but i don’t “get it”. If somebody (to stay on the H Jon Benjamin train) asked me to name an episode that would get them into Archer’s brand of humor, it would be the RAMPAGE! episode or the Dirigible episode.

it was a crappy retelling of a story that has lots of interesting narrative options. i dont know what youre talking about in terms of understanding japanese culture and the source material. i understand them both pretty well and it was still a bad movie.  

Is it the same as the theatrical release or does it keep some of the “remastered” parts of enhanced soundtrack and more CGI replacement of cell drawing?

Sure. As long as the guy/gal who just finished coding classes is ok with spending their day running Cat5 cable through conduit or doing manual assembly in a factory.
