My husband went back for classes for his CCNA certification at about 30. He never had the chance to go as a younger adult. He did well and picked up everything. He took night classes at a campus that was between work and home. He did great and passed the certification test on the first try (not everyone does).

I had twins. At around 4 months they started tapping on the membrane at each other.

That is super spooky. It gave me chills.

It actually is more like 6-8 weeks to get all the reaction down from gluten if you have Celiac disease. It was at about 6 weeks that I realized it was a possibility that I would never eat gluten again.

I would email her back with all of the things you just said. You are in grad school and are balancing a job, schoolwork, and multiple student groups AND you wouldn't have time and energy to devote to selling products.

Auntie Mame. I always associate it with Christmas. Rosalind Russell is fabulous.

Wow, I had not heard that. It was wonderful. Thank you for sharing.

I'm from Dallas. I've met Europeans that asked if I knew the Ewings. At the time, it was the mid-90's and I could barely remember the tv show, but apparently it was still running over seas. Several young adults from England and Australia have confessed to me that, on their first trip to Dallas they were shocked by the

While I think Morrissey is a wanker, I will agree that pardoning the turkeys is stupid. Even if they weren't raised solely to be big, succulent meals, they only live to a maximum 2 years. A few years ago I read that most of the pardoned turkeys died naturally after about 6 months.

I'm a lefty and my Grandmother and Mom are both righties, I feel your pain. I couldn't tie my shoes until I was 11 or 12. Someone finally had the idea of letting Grandpa show me how (he's a lefty) and I was just like, "oh... why didn't they do it that way? it's so easy."

I've been to a couple of Pure Romance parties and have been really impressed with the sound levels, even on the complicated ones that have lots of moving parts.

Sewing stores often have classes.

4:32 - That kid is SO adorable. Red pants, blue jacket, suspenders, bow tie, and giant afro.

I am so thankful that, even though we couldn't afford to be on our own, my husband and I lived with my parents and younger brother when my twins were little. He ended up having a job where he had to travel from the time they were 18 months until they were about 4. He would be gone for 10-15 days, home for 2-3, and

I used to dream that I was an alien. I was here with two of my family and we had crashed and had to hide our ship and pass until we could fix it. It was always very intense. I could hear my heartbeat and feel myself on the edge of panic even through innocuous interactions with the local people around me. I was not the

I've been making baked fried chicken about once a week. I dredge chicken thighs in corn starch(with garlic powder mixed in), then eggs, then crumbles up corn Chex. I throw them on a jelly roll pan covered in non-stick foil and bake them. I turn them once. and let them get crispy. I usually only eat a little of the

I've lost 30 pounds since July.

Again, I'm sorry to be a downer.

I'm so sorry. One of my oldest friends had to do the same thing in September.

One of my BFFs has a degree in graphic arts. She now teaches 8th grade English.
