He/she is absolutely beautiful! And probably much more healthy than your average pedigree dog. We almost never saw mutts in the vet clinic I where I used to work except when they came in for vaccines or physical injuries... Btw, is he a specific mix or just random? Off world selling might make sense, increased consumption would not because all the water used on the planet stays on the planet. The problem is getting enough clean fresh water, not water in general.
