Big nope on the theater right now. I went to Black Widow middle of its second week, a matinee, and it wasn’t crowded but people still acted like dipshits and sat directly behind me.

My scones are better than theirs.  I do enjoy the double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich though. 

I know political commentary around here never really takes in the big picture any more, and I agree this is disappointing, but there are a couple of things not quite right here.

Only when I am planning a specific dish or there’s some household thing I’ve already forgotten to buy a couple times.   I like to see what is on sale and what looks good and I do my planning at the store.  I used to look at circulars ahead of time but just because something’s on sale doesn’t mean it will be avaliable…

I don’t really need recipes for crab cakes, blondies and gin and tonics. A look at the index seems to indicate a random of assortment of mostly common dishes with the theme painted over to the top.   It’s a shame, there’s probably lots of creative things that could have been included instead of ye olde standard dirt…

My workplace is in a weird holding pattern.  There’s been no change in the announcement that we’ll “start” going back Oct 1 but we’re also supposed to get 45 days notice and no notices have gone out.  Love the communication.
