Yeah, no reason to put it off and you’re stuck looking at what you have and get sick of it.  Plus I also moved this year.

Depends how hard you cook them.  You can fry them in the pig fat just enough to soften.  But in the hash you can rely on other bits for texture.  

Cube them and cook them with other veggies and some sort of pork based product (bacon, sausage, dealer’s choice) to make a seasonal hash. Eat with an over easy egg on top.

I am currently oven-less so I didn’t do a bird or bird parts, but I got some smoked turkey tails from the store and I’m getting very excited about a white bean and green chile smoked turkey chili.

Fridge is too cold. Also defrosting speeds toward the end. So it might have been ready tomorrow, or close to it, because it’s not linear.
