Sorry you don't enjoy facts.

It didn't earn ESPN or LeBron any money.

That money was donated there because that’s where it was taped, (ESPN is headed out of Bristol, and the money went to Boys and Girls Club of America, not just the CT location,) the rest of the $6 million went to Ohio charities.

Also, watching Stephen A.’s meltdown about Durant while still somehow being able to circle jerk LeBron and The Decision makes me really regret getting that mammogram a few years back.

My husband and I still use that “NOT ONE, NOT TWO...” around the house.

Yeah, as in this didn’t result in millions being donated - by the player - to charity.

Woke my husband up with the news like:

Whoops.

Look at that dog in the LLQ mourning the horse.

I’m actually a physician. A “correctable rhythm” for one of those AED’s doesn't include no pulse like we can restart at a clinic/hospital.

Holy crap that was you?!

By the way, on your IV description - no. Most would blow the vein or never get return.

Verified by ABC doesn’t mean much if they’re just going by laymen’s accounts.

Thank God for that cath that a statistically minuscule amount of people would know how to insert.

That AED wouldn't be strong enough to restart a heart from no pulse. Try again.

I love you.

MD here - also, unless there was an RN/MD/PA/NP on the plane, who would start the IV? Also, portable AED’s aren't strong enough to restart a heart from NO pulse, that's the kind of stuff that has to be done with a clinical AED - such as in a hospital/office/ambulance.

Also, for the record, portable AED’s won't deliver a shock with no pulse. They're not as strong as the ones at offices/hospitals.

Serious question: they have IVSs and starter kits on planes? Because in most jurisdictions - of course planes may be different - IVs can only be started by an RN/MD after an RX for the IVS.

Well, to be fair, the man was most likely dying - and unaware of it - at that point.
