I agree with your decision here, but I suppose another option for a modifier could be “recovered” versus “former”—but even that can be fraught for some people, so yours may be the better choice.

It’s a good picture! And you’ve got nice eyes. ^_^

I don’t think it’s so much being scared of a manga, as it is how it remains with you. It’s hard to explain. Something about printed material gets into my head better than a game or movie where once it’s over, it’s over.

That’s very much it, I think; what gets into your head. I started reading Stephen King when I was quite young (read: too young for it) and it never bothered me; I didn’t find his work scary. But then I read horror by other authors, and it about did my head in!

Humour does help... although I have to admit blood/violence doesn’t really appeal. Thanks for the information, though! ^_^

I’m too timid to read it (burned myself out on Japanese horror manga a few years back), but I must say, I do quite like the idea. ^_^

Nice work, Ben. b(^_^)

I wish you did, too! That’d be fun. :D

It’s quite likely your reaction to this image will dictate whether or not Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX is the sort of game you’d like to play.

Ah, but it was delightfully British! :D

That’s actually how I read it, so all’s well. ^_^

No, I think that was mostly me as well. Maybe a little teary and touched at points, but I could feel the smile growing across my face. Awe and wonder and delight. They delivered something special that I wouldn’t have ever expected or thought possible.

No... for whatever it’s worth, I think you did it just right. ^_^

To know when I started playing FFXIV:ARR, I need only look back to Fahey’s first log of it—that quick, despite never wanting to play a MMO, I bought the game. It’s surprising how much apart of my life it’s become. A world to escape into, friendships made—and some lost. Much more than a game. I completed this quest

Welcome back, Fahey. ^_^

Now I’m more afraid of becoming resigned, so exhausted by everything that I don’t want to do anything anymore.

Not getting an error message, just not getting anything. A blank white rectangle outline.

It is oddly cute. ^_^

Richard’s well-worth checking out, although lately work has gotten in the way of my being able to catch his streams. Favourite past sessions include Bayonetta 2, Fatal Frame V, and Box Boy. ^_^

At least for some people, it’s more comfortable. Mum doesn’t like my original-sized 3DS, and the XL versions even less so—but she plays her 2DS constantly, she likes the way the wedge shape feels in her hands. ^_^ Also, the lower price point and durability make it an attractive option for younger kids, I think.
