They do, but Blackadder Goes Forth absolutely devastates with it. There's just something catastrophic in it that didn't manifest in the other seasons.

Before I even look, do we have any Vegas odds on how many Jim Gaffigan videos got posted on this one?

That was the first album I ever bought with my own money. And it's got it going on.

Are you Squidward *now*?

When he delivered "MY FACE! Also my leg, but MOSTLY MY FACE!" I lost it.

Batten down the hatches, Mr. Squidward! We're taking on water, Mr. Squidward! I want my mommy, Mr. Squidward!

Also, it makes watching "The Shawshank Redemption" a completely different experience. The second he raises his voice, it's ALL Mr. Krabs.

I've worked in jobs that had a video like that you had to watch once you were hired. That one is smack on the nose. And brilliant.

It is. I get that he's a curmudgeon who needs to lighten up, but come on.

*panicked* ANCHOVIES!

This actually explained conjugating verbs to my kid in elementary school better than the teacher did.

I think I peed a little when Davy himself showed up. It took a good 10 minutes for me to stop laughing and explain why to my kid.

As the owner and operator of an 11 year old, I've been witness to SpongeBoob at his finest. And while after a bit that laugh does tend to grate… *teeth gnashing*… there are still parts that crack us up. We are now connoisseurs of what is known in our house as "The Spongebob Faces." Oft-times in an episode, SB will

*horrified whisper* Anchovies.

I agree that this could hurt the show. Nick was in obvious botch mode during the finale, delivering a dish of undercooked duck to Emeril. That should have been the thing that sunk him - that and his clear aversion to seasoning. Nina's dishes were all edible. Nick's weren't. Bam. Winner.

And I had to watch the entirety of the Sweeney Todd video as it's one of my favorites.

And why oh why is this in my head. *cue Barbara Streisand*

I thought the finale should have also been Nina and Shirley. From about mid-season, when Nick was getting his "cranky-pants" arc, I had the feeling they were sort of babysitting him along to the end. And with this end, it's obvious. He freaked out so many times during this competition, wound up on the bottom so many

I hear you there. It probably comes from the same place - my mother was a teacher for 35+ years. You'd think she'd understand that kids are smart-mouthed already and didn't need a nudge from a cartoon.

Totally off-topic, but my mother still hates The Simpsons because she thinks watching Bart makes kids smart-mouthed. *eye roll*
