You should really update your article with information on grandfathered plans. That’s the biggest loophole insurance companies use in order to not be ACA compliant. Our whole State Health Plan (aka, all state employees for SC) are under one giant grandfathered plan. We don’t even get well visits or preventative care…

It’s because your plan is grandfathered. https://www.healthcare.gov/health-care-la… When I called my company to complain, and basically told them they had to cover my BC, they literally asked me why I thought that. SMH...
