Back when the world was young we used to use a few teaspoons of milk or half and half to soften cream cheese before we stirred in the obligatory onion soup mix or worcestershire sauce.

I have a convection over, and convection microwave, but you are starting to make me want an air fryer. I was gifted an instant-pot and it sits in the garage closet, but the air fryer looks more versatile and (maybe) less of a bother to clean. I could live happily on snack food.

People shop for a home on line and drive-by, so you’re right about some landscaping. A few pots with begonias can do wonders, and rake the yard and spray some weed with vinegar. Cheap enough, but it makes world of difference in the perception of the owner as a caring person who maintained the property. 

Sounds delicious and I will do this, but “Gently transfer the yolks to the bowl of your food processor...” are we doing this to overcome their inherent fear of the blades? Would some soothing remarks help here?

I boiled down piece after piece of watermelon for a brunch once.  It finally made a kind of simple syrup. Nowadays there are probably watermelon flavored concentrates.

Can I just use a stick of butter and not go through the whole skimming off the foam thing? 1 stick of butter and 1/3 cup of popcorn.  When I add melted butter to regular popcorn I generally use half a stick of butter, so this does not seem outlandish.  Why am I asking this?  I’m risking about $1.05.  Might as well…
