The circumference of the pond is greater than the radius. Even at 4X the speed, the wolf has a longer distance to travel. I suspect the duck should also travel on a curved line to shore, but I can’t support that.

Perhaps the rest of the apartment is very roomy and you like to entertain crowds, but otherwise having service for twelve plus what appears to be 10 or 12 serving platters is a bit much. Functionality is ok (it does what you want it to do), but keeping all that clean is like having a second job.
