Big Mac’s may disguise some changes. I had a McDonald’s in Amsterdam and the interesting flavor was a touch of curry. In Japan there was some touch of soy;avor. Not huge changes, but noticeable. In some places in New York state I had to argue to keep them from putting mustard on a hamburger.
