I think it’s the neighborhood, not Costco. In the next city, general assholes leave their carts in the way blocking the aisle and then become agitated when I move it to pass through. These are the same people who (used to) show up in Bentleys and Rolls and then fight over the samples. In my city some 20 miles

Somebody who get that agitated about food may have control issues.

I’d forgive adding peas to carbonara far more readily than I would using cream and/or bacon” Is “forgive” the word you need here?

Lazy people run the machine at full blast and get bad results. I have cooked a pork roast in a microwave at setting 2 or 3 and it came out crispy on the outside and juicy inside. My mother always told me, “Don’t play with your food!”  That’s what these Tik Tok “recipes” are - just fiddling around with very little knowledge.

Wow. There’s something Ted Cruz could have help with. The situation wasn’t as hopeless as he thought. Send your wife and kids to Cancun and then help feed the elderly.  Why didn’t he think of that?

A dusting over chicken thighs crisps up nicely when you’re baking them.

One guy has had three jobs in four years. The absolute picture of stability. The other one did some video sharing and “worked briefly” in advertising tech. They are likely to get slapped with practicing medicine without a license, since sometimes people don’t feel well and an IV is exactly what they do not need.

Looks like one side of the oven is hotter than the other and there’s a draft.

“...not like andouille is terribly hard to find these days...” but she used ten hot dogs; I think the choice here is for volume of food, like in college where we almost cooked things like jambalaya by accident. The people who showed me jambalaya used andouille for seasoning, not mass.

See who’s going into all those Viet-owned shops. It’s probably not the elderly who want to eat at a donut and then sit around all morning.

So, he’s only using shoe polish on part of his head?

Their goal was to convey their contempt for the proceedings.  That was all that was necessary.

Potatoes are very easy to control Add a teaspoonful, stir and wait a minute or two to see what happens.  Repeat.  With corn starch you have to make the slurry and worry about whether or not it’s too much.
