I cook them on energy level 2 or so for a longer time and they concentrate nicely. If you cook them on high, they will tend to stew.

Is that powdered cheese any good sprinkled on broccoli or cauliflower, or do you have to make a roux?

We found that a dab of ammonia mostly neutralizes bee stings. If you’re working on a project and bees, wasps, etc are a concern, it might be prudent to have a small bottle with some ammonia in it handy.  Just takes a few drops on a napkin.
