People forge evidence? Well, I'll be...

Please email me your address so i can send you a replacement sarcasm meter. Yours is obviously broken ;)

Nothing unusual. The seabed near city of Khersoness is littered with fragments of ancient Greek pottery.

Yes, it's called "bong".

Yes, there is. My favorite ritual involves flicking the cigarette butt out of my car window at high speeds, while another car is driving directly behind me. Usually my friends and I take bets who'll land their cigarette directly on the unlucky bastard's windshield. It's especially fun at night when you can see

Don't know about you but I've been drinking Franzia Merlot for about a year now and I like it. It's not overly bitter or fruity, mellow flavor, goes down very smoothly. I drink 2-4 glasses a night and for my budget it can't be beat :) I am going to try other brand though.

I may have been hard on the "average person" but since I actually own both devices I can say without a doubt that there is NO WAY to confuse the two. You can show me all the pictures you want but once you actually get your hands on both the difference is unmistakable. Perhaps Apple is affraid that consumers will

Nah! I am sure that the fact that Samsung is the biggest / most successful OEM of Android devices and is Apple's nearest competitor is a mere coincident.

If you've read the previous stories about this bruhahah you'd notice that Apple repeatdly alleges that Samsung products are designed in such a way as to confuse possible Apple customers.

OK, I actually own both Galaxy and iPad (first gen), have them laying next to each other on the table as a matter of fact. You have to be a complete dumbass to confuse the two. I am pretty sure that's 4,000 meters, or ~12,000 feet if you like.

Switching to a different (and possibly a better one) launcher should take care of that nonsense in under a minute.

Infuse is plenty snappy, especially if you replace the bloated AT&T ROM with a slimmed down ROM at xda-developers. Besides, there is literally only a handful Android apps that can take advantage of the dual core architecture so you're not really missing out on anything.

I used to own Dell Streak 5 and was continuosly subjected to jokes and ridicules. That said, 5" screen was a blessing for my aging eyes and hardware was solid. The only thing I did not like about the phone was how wide the screen was, which made it bulkier then it could have been. I own Samsung Infuse now which

How could there be a replica of something that no one has ever seen and no visual record exists?

Finally!!! It has been working flawlessly on my Infuse, and now it will be even more betterer!!!

That's up to OEM's, not Google.

It's neither a multi-tool or a Christmas ornament. I'll give you a hint: KY jelly.

Your comparison to paying different prices for similar TV is not exactly the same as buying an unsubsidized phone but being unable to remove carrier lock without paying extra fees. Let me see if I can whip up my own analogy here.
