“For example, there was a discussion about the breast slider. Jokingly, I said, ‘Well would it help if we had a crotch slider for the male?’ Obviously it was a joke, but they responded obviously it’s not gonna work out. I do realize there’s a cultural difference between what Japanese people think and what the

I love Anime Expo, but this is insane. I would happily pay more for my pass if it meant the organization could hire professionals and properly compensate volunteers.

I really hope they don’t ruin what made the character great. Him being a general dick to his son eased my fears a little, but I don’t play God of War to see a likable positive protagonist. It’s part of why Ascension sucked so badly. Not the only reason, but a big part of it.

Agreed.

Heh... Especially that last sentence I can agree on.

Games these days have become the digital equivalent of Printer Cartridges.
You pay less up front but BOY will they fuck you over in the late game.

In fact, I wish the industry would stop focusing on catering to people like you that demand 60 FPS and instead just focus on making their games as pretty as possible, even if it means the occasional dip down into around 24 FPS.

I’m so excited that so many games are making their way to PC. I like my consoles, but I can multi-task on my PC, so that means I can play more games!

I don’t think the OP meant people can’t have opinions, just that the vitriolic way we tend to express them is hardly proportional to the issues we bemoan

Good thing im a Hanzo/Winston main :)

“How do I tell people I don’t like a thing? I KNOW! I’ll comment on the Internet about it! That’ll show’em!!”

I can see why someone thinks 1 is the better of the rest. I know I do. Ignoring the glaring issues with MP in the first game that were somewhat rectified in the sequels.

I like how you complain about them but apparently still spent 80 bucks on this one event

Sounds like the only one getting milked is you if you were foolish enough to actually buy loot boxes. I haven’t bought one loot box and I’ve gotten most of the skins I want through normal play (minus some event skins). The only thing I wish they did was to keep the event skins in circulation after the event in case

It’s a game where the legendary armor is a pair of faded jeans.

I don’t think anyone is accusing Blizzard of intentionally being culturally insensitive. But when you do it accidentally, and people call you out on it, it’s a show of good faith to set it right, which is what they’re doing. This is all fine.

I think what the OP is getting at is that sometimes it’s very difficult to navigate the creative process (especially on such a grand scale like Overwatch’s global playerbase) without accidentally being insensitive to an individual or group.

Really don’t get this position.

Now playing

All media is political so it’s literally impossible to remove politics from video games.

And yet, I think it’s pretty awesome for Kaplan to make the statements he has, because they demonstrate that this is first-order thinking on pure game design terms, as opposed to some personally motivated move on the part of himself or his team. This is a sign that diversity and inclusion are becoming part of the

Here, I’m probably more familiar with this so let me try and help you out. Here’s the key to understanding it: There’s a difference between objectification and sexiness.
