I was watching Angel a couple weeks ago. I think it was Angel. Spirits, it might've been Supernatural which makes this worse. A character actually said "...entire forums in chat rooms..."

That's hilarious, man!

I try to keep track of who is friends with who, outside of my own sphere of influence, so I can see where war might be happening soon, or where it might be ending. I never really did anything with that, except maybe boost my border defenses if it's nearby.

That's just wrong. I've never played in a game with Japan where they weren't total assholes, though, so par for the course I guess.

I've always had a habit of staying out of other nation's business. They probably won't come to my aid if I go to war, so why should I help them?

Thanks, Caius. I guess my exploration just gets the best of me. Doesn't really help if they find me first, but I can at least avoid some life-time enemies.

On a totally unrelated and not-at-all intelligent note, inspired by your "continuous absorption of foreign populations." Compare that to the idea that common scientific belief is that we all came out of Africa. Almost like. Everyone returning home in the shittiest way possible.

You know. That is weird, but I don't even care. I've seen a gif around before that is just the face turning, and I always wondered what it was from. Now I know. Thank you.

Oh, yeah, like I said, I understand the idea. I don't even doubt when you say African's want them out. Hell, I'd support it. But even after 100 years, I think as a whole we're all too far gone for anything to get better. Harm's done. We're all fucked. It's like America in the Middle East on a much more massive scale.

While I understand the idea, I think the damage is done. Things would likely get one hell of a lot worse before it got better. If it got better.

HA! The use of other projects' concept art is a nice touch. I recognized The Secret World immediately, had to reverse image search for the other one (Ender's Game). Didn't even both to change file names.

Consciousness is doing pretty well, thanks for asking. It wishes you would call your mother more.

I just learned that post-sex-selfies are a thing this weekend, and I still don't get it.

iRonman?

Actually, I see Nicholas Brendon in the picture on the right.

So Original Sins Thor and Loki just started, so minor spoilers I guess? Could this new Thor be their sister maybe?

I think you meant to respond to Growl, but I also haven't seen them, and probably should.

Mental voices? The internal monologue? Some is easy to pass off, especially over pure action scenes or montages, such as Light righting down names and getting things done. Maybe others could use just silence and facial expressions to try to pass off similar, if simpler, ideas?

If you're a fan of the older editions, you may like some of the things they bring to 5e. Particularly, modularity. Like the Player's Options books from AD&D, there seems to be a focus on optional rules. Feats are optional rules. Feats, one of the primary focuses of 3.5, Pathfinder, and 4E, is an optional rule.

A new edition does not mean admitting that Fourth Edition was a mistake. They just felt it was time to refine D&D again, like when they went from 3.5 to 4e. I picked up the Starter Set yesterday, and have been reading through the Basic Rules for a few days now, and you can see where they took some inspiration from
