The thing is, the MCU is at least partially birthed in the Ultimate universe. I'm torn on whether I want his abuse even hinted at in the movie. One the one hand, scumbag protagonist who can try and have a redemption arc or something less stupid? On the other, just no.

Buy her a book. One she might not pick out herself. If you two have things in common, something similar to that. If you don't, try to gauge what she is interested in, and go a step or two away from that.

What? Funcom has not closed a single MMO. Anarchy Online: quiet, but going, and with a major overhaul on the horizon. Age of Conan: More active, had an expansion/big patch last year I think? The Secret World: Still going strong with updates every few months.

I can figure the other villains, but not this guy. Anyone?

He's the shadow in the office, and I hope he stays that way. I loved the first trilogy's J, he can't be beat. I think not replacing him would be just as good as getting him back.
