I disagree. Remove the Dragonball trappings, and Evolution could've been a decent enough movie. Remove the Last Airbender trappings, and what does that movie give you? Nothing.

I will admit I do not have X/Y, but from what I have heard, Amie gives your pokemon boosts to crits, helps them survive when they would die, and just makes them better all around. Wouldn't that make "must max friendship through Amie" something that makes the game easier?

I guess that is legitimate. I've never needed more than one save, if I want to start over, I trade my team/any particular pokemon over to a friend for holding. Or the next generation, since I generally don't restart that soon.
