Mmhmm! I do miss some things about it, but I’m glad I quit. I waited til a few months after I had my last one and then treated myself to professional teeth whitening, figuring that the cost of it was probably covered by the money I saved on cigarettes.

Has he tried an e-cig? It’s the only thing that helped me quit. Cold turkey can be rough times for some people (and the people around them).
