Coming from someone who has never experienced the (apparently) shitty quality of Mitsubishi service and vehicles, can someone explain whats so terrible about this company? They have some great looking cars out there, namely the Lancer in all its forms.

@Celtic1888: That's what I figured. I've heard that Wegmans is really good to their people and they're still family owned but they don't have many stores outside of greater Rochester and Southern PA. For a huge nationwide chain to do this is remarkable.
