Probably, but I just can’t get worked up that they didn’t pay human artists to imitate an AI. YMMV.

I agree that AI shouldn’t be used to emulate the styles of existing artists or to avoid paying human artists for designs, but I don’t see this use as problematic. They’re using an AI generator here because the characteristic fucked-up way that it tends to render human subjects is artistically appropriate to the themes

While nice, here’s how it will work:

How much would it cost to just sign them up with StarLink or whatever?

With a name like “CallsOutBullshit” you sure do spew a lot of it...

FTS did respond - it just didn’t impact structural integrity that much since starship has autogenous pressurization. The tanks just bled slowly until the internal pressure was low enough for it to break apart.

solution- bigger boom

which was tested couple of weeks ago

I did say early 2024.

Their 90 minute flight lasted 4 and they actually had control of the vehicle for like 1-1/2 minutes of that 4, and they were actively trying to destroy it for 40 more seconds at the end. They were under arguably nominal operations for a minute or so given that they lifted off down 3 engines and quickly lost several

Wow. Snide condescension. Arguments must be thinning. Fine.

Yes. Those are teething problems. What is unlawful needs to cease and prosecuted if it continues. What is exploitative needs to be called out by journalists like Luke. AI will outgrow these problems, though.

Pardonne moi, Maître. Forgive this worm’s low understanding of Art.

Of course it's not guaranteed. It is very probable though.

The joke is a good one, my point still stands.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s good that you both highlight crap studio choices and go to bat for human creators. However, I (seemingly) disagree with you on the “big picture”.

But...but...I get to go to a filling station like I do with my gas car which obviously is much more annoying than just plugging it in at home but it means I don’t have to change anything about my routine which is very scary for me, a real grown-up man.

110km/68k miles  is “very long run”? Mr. Bean ignoring the rest of Volvo’s study is pretty sus.

Orrrrr we could just build up the grids, which we need to do anyway?

Don’t forget that FCVs aren’t just more complex EVs, they’re waaaaaay less efficient at making the car move than EVs too.

I love Mr. Bean, but I wonder how much he got paid to push the idea of hydrogen for passenger cars. *sigh*

About Hydrogen.
