Either starlink will get most of it and actually deliver something or telcos will lobby and deliver nothing

an improved FTS system (aka bigger boom in shape of a strip) was already tested in mid May

it is the solution they are going for

Starship is heavily overbuilt for what it’s doing looks like they underestimated how much and how much autogenous pressurization can mitigate tank…

FTS did respond - it just didn’t impact structural integrity that much since starship has autogenous pressurization. The tanks just bled slowly until the internal pressure was low enough for it to break apart.
