I dont think this guy was being a lane hog at all. He was passing a slow truck at a spot where a slow car was entering the freeway and a car in the right lane was going even slower. He was passing everyone when he was in the left lane. So I dont see a lane hog here, just an asshole talegater.

Come on, we all know couples on both sides of that picture. Its not about eugenics, its about economics that make delaying having children a choice that smart people frequently make - for good reasons. And the fact that it only takes a small percentage of change over time to eventually be drastic.
